There
are many things that Indonesian should do to make Indonesia better than before.
In this section is focus on education. Now is talking about the
knowledge and economic aspects. Deeply it is about Increasing the knowledge and
starts from the teacher. How’s Indonesia country take the test is the
controversial. The facts, in Indonesia use the multiple choice test to know how
far the teacher ability (in competency test). This kind of the test is doing
not suitable as the one kind of the test. As the minister of education in
Indonesia should observe, does it effective? If it does not effective, it
should add the sequence test. The first, the teacher who enroll the competency
test should give some training how
to be a good teacher in Indonesia and give
the test then. It better that if the test use the interview, because it can see
the real situation or the teacher more real.
There
is negative and positive aspect when the competency test using the multiple
choice. The first is about the negative aspects. The answer result might just
the person luckiness. It does not their ability. Than positive is not use the
long time to answer the test. That are some critical about the competency test
in Indonesia. It does not mean too if change the kind of the competency test
will make Indonesia country will be the best and biggest quality if the persons
does not realize if education is important for our life and country. If we can
not start from ourselves, who else?
